We follow the NAPO code of ethics for professional organizers and productivity professionals.
Please give us 1.5 days notice if you need to reschedule.
Virtual appointments are either 60 or 90 minutes.
We continually communicate with the client as we are working so that the job is done to the client's satisfaction.
We try to be accomodating, but we do not do work that is outside of our expertise or not covered by our insurance.
